First Show Appearance: To Mock a Killing Bird Played by: Douglas O'Neil, Jr. Notes: Concerned about trying to remove the grey makeup from his hair during the intermission, Douglas enlisted Jacob Simmons to shave his head. It was accomplished in under 5 minutes. In 2011, Officer Lionel Pan and his partner, Lieutenant Tinkerbell, were called in to solve the murder of Dr. Albert Schwine on New Year's Eve. Despite their best investigative efforts, Officer Pan and Lt. Tinkerbell apprehended Scarlett Vermillion - who was innocent. When the REAL killer, Deedee McCall, revealed her guilt, Officer Pan gunned her down out of pure frustration.
