First Show Appearance: To Mock a Killing Bird Played by: Christopher Davis Joe the Cabbie served as the personal driver for intellectual pornographer Basil Ribaldry for several years. When Ribaldry was murdered on December 29, 2011, Joe stepped in to solve the crime in an effort to recoup $5,000 in meter fees. Unfortunately, Joe accused Rich Mahogany of the crime, and allowed the REAL killer, Skyler Perry, to escape - but not before giving him a sound thrashing.
