First Show Appearance: Thanksgiving on Trailer Park Avenue Played by: Billy Draper Notes: Richard Wacker was an employee of Trailer Park Avenue for one performance, but a visiting relative of Mee Maw's in another. He was also one of the characters featured on the cover of the Birmingham News City Scene on November 20, 2009. Richard Wacker was born in the back seat of a Greyhound Bus going down Highway 41. Actually that is a lyric from an Allman Brothers song, which makes this claim completely false. Richard was born and raised in Dalton, Georgia (aka "The Carpet Capital of The World"). As a young teen, Richard realized a life of laying Berber wasn't what he wanted, so he rebelled. During his rebellion, he lived amongst wolves in the foothills of the Appalachians. It was during this time that Wacker's deep passion for wildlife (and eventually science) was made clear. Wacker took what he learned from the wolves, withdrew himself from the pack and went to the North Georgia Technical Institute of Science and Wildlife Academy. From there he earned his two year degree in Forest Management. Upon graduation he replied to a job listing on craigslist and became a Trailer Park Ranger.
